Teillatts is set in 35 acres of picturesque French countryside where the only thing to disturb you and your carp fishing in France is the odd barge chugging down the River Seine or your screaming buzzer!
The peace and quiet at Teillatts has to be experienced, it is not your average French lake stuck next to a busy road or railway you can completely switch off and enjoy your Fishing in amazing natural surroundings.
The Lake
The Lake is situated 250 miles from the port of Calais, an easy 4 hour drive, far enough south for improved weather but without the long-haul drive.
Teillatts has a wealth of features and depths ranging from 8ft to 20ft, Teillatts can be fished at all ranges from margins to long range. Spread out around the lake are 17 swims each controlling plenty of water, so you won’t be competing with your neighbour for space.

The Carp
Teillatts contains a huge head of big carp including countless 30's, 40's, 50's and 60s and a growing number over the magical 70lb barrier.
Teillatts is a renowned big fish water famous for producing massive Carp over many years and has been home to many 80lb plus carp including a world record common.
Teillatts is a mixed fishery containing all kinds of coarse fish including HUGE catfish to over 150lb and bream to over 20lb.

Lake Features & Swims
The lake has plenty of features gravel bars and plateaux's, overhanging trees and reed lined margins with depths ranging from 8ft to 20ft the most common depth around 16ft.
Teillats has 17 swims, mostly singles with a few doubles but all offer a whole variety of depths and features while others are more typical of a French lake with constant depth throughout.
The swims at Teillatts are well spaced and control plenty of water but are close enough to help a neighbour with weighing the huge fish. Some swims are grass banked down to the water and some are rasied wooden pontoons in the reeds with all swims able to accommodate large two man bivvies.

Tackle
We supply FREE OF CHARGE unhooking mat cradles so no need to bring yours. You can also hire a rowing boat to enable you to bait up your spots.
Bait
We only allow pellet and particle supplied by us at the lake. This is cooked fresh on-site and supplied to you in buckets.
